Our Commitment to Children's Privacy: English Kids Bible, a project by Kingdom Kutties, is designed for children and families. We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Google Play's Families Policy, and all applicable data protection regulations. We do not collect personal information from children.

1. About This App

English Kids Bible ("the App") is a mobile application developed by Kingdom Kutties ("we," "us," or "our"). The App provides Bible stories for children in English through three engaging formats: Frames of Faith (illustrated storybooks), Miracles in Motion (interactive Bible scenes), and The Gospel Gallery (animated video stories and rhymes). The App is part of the Kingdom Kutties family of kids' Bible apps and is committed to providing a safe, age-appropriate experience.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information

We do not collect any personal information from users. The App does not require account creation, login, registration, or any form of personal data entry. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, photos, or any other personally identifiable information.

2.2 Information Collected by Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may automatically collect certain non-personal information:

Google AdMob (Advertising)

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. In compliance with Google's Families Policy and COPPA, all ad requests are tagged for child-directed treatment. AdMob may collect:

Device Identifiers: Advertising ID (used for serving appropriate ads)
App Interactions: Ad impressions, clicks, and interaction data

When child-directed treatment is enabled, AdMob:

Disables personalized advertising
Serves only ads from Google Play Families self-certified ad SDKs
Does not use the Advertising ID for building user profiles
Does not serve interest-based or remarketing ads

Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore

The App uses Google Firebase Cloud Firestore solely to retrieve app content (story data and video information). Firebase does not collect personal user data in our implementation. No user-generated content is stored or transmitted.

3. How We Use Information

The limited, non-personal data collected through third-party services is used exclusively for:

Advertising: Displaying age-appropriate, non-personalized advertisements
Content Delivery: Retrieving Bible stories and video content from our servers

We do not use any data for profiling, tracking, or targeting children.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent any user data. The only data sharing occurs through the AdMob SDK, which shares advertising interaction data with Google for the purpose of serving and measuring non-personalized advertisements. This sharing complies with COPPA and Google's Families Policy requirements.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

We take children's privacy very seriously. In compliance with COPPA and Google Play's Families Policy:

We do not collect personal information from children
We do not require account creation or login
We do not allow users to share personal information
We do not use behavioral or interest-based advertising
We do not link to websites or apps outside the App that are not appropriate for children
All advertisements served are child-safe and comply with Google's Families Policy
Ad requests are tagged for child-directed treatment under COPPA

6. Google Play Families Policy Compliance

This App participates in the Google Play Families Program and adheres to all requirements, including:

All content is appropriate for children
Only Google Play Families self-certified ad SDKs are used for ad serving
The App does not transmit Android Advertising ID (AAID) in a manner that violates the policy
No APIs or SDKs that are not approved for use in child-directed services are used
The App does not contain inappropriate content, violence, or mature themes

7. Data Storage and Security

The App stores downloaded story content locally on the user's device for offline reading. This data:

Remains entirely on the user's device
Can be deleted by the user at any time through the App's Settings
Contains no personal information — only story images and metadata
Is automatically removed when the App is uninstalled

8. Data Retention

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data retention. Locally stored story content remains on the device until the user chooses to delete it through the App's Settings or uninstalls the App. Third-party data collected by AdMob is subject to Google's data retention policies.

9. Parental Rights

Parents and guardians have the right to:

Review information collected from their child (note: we do not collect personal information)
Request deletion of any data (contact us using the information below)
Refuse further collection of data by uninstalling the App
Delete downloaded story content through the App's Settings screen
Reset the device's Advertising ID through the device's privacy settings

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
